Cursor and Windsurf speak MCP with OAuth 2.1. Point the MCP server URL at:
https://mcpbrain.valor.digital/mcpDiscovery:
https://mcpbrain.valor.digital/.well-known/oauth-authorization-serverPOST /oauth/register (RFC 7591) on that host returns 201. You do not need
to pre-register a client.
If the editor does not complete OAuth, create a dedicated token in the app
(Settings → MCP tokens) and pass Authorization: Bearer vbm_….
