Hermes

Native MemoryProvider plugin. This is not "10 MCP tools in a prompt."

Hermes talks to ValorBrain as a MemoryProvider, not as a generic MCP client with a hard-coded list of ten tools.

On a machine that already has the engine, the plugin is shipped from the engine tree (src/hermes/ → ~/.hermes/plugins/valorbrain). That path exists in the on-premise (Enterprise) installation. It is not what a hosted customer copies.

Hosted Hermes: use the same MCP HTTP/stdio path as any other client (mcpbrain + vbm_, or @valorbrain/connect). Hermes' native plugin is the deeper integration when you run the engine.

The marketing /docs page that says "Plugin nativo com 10 tools" is stale. The live catalog is MCP tools; a new token gets the agent toolset, not a list of ten.
